Ever suddenly find yourself able to do something that you couldn’t do before? It’s a great feeling. One day you can’t do a pull up then the next you find your chin moving over the bar. Shortly thereafter you find the opportunity to do weighted pull ups and you think: “sure why not?” and then discover you can actually do them.
Is this some kind of miracle? No. It’s simply progress brought about by persistence. It happens quicker for some and slower for others but over the long haul it happens for everyone so long as they keep plugging away. Train hard, train smart… you’ll get there (where ever there is).
