Seven is a small number… relatively speaking. What I mean to say is you can do seven of anything, right. So theoretically, if you’ve got four movements in a row, each of which you need to go through 7 times then you should be able to keep going with out taking any rest because each movement is different from the last and there are only seven of them so no problem.
Now, can you repeat that non-stop sportsmanship for seven rounds in a row? Again, theoretically you should be able to… it’s only seven reps.
