I have a black box. It has two control knobs on it. One is marked “volume”. One is marked “weight”. This box is called the “clean generator”. There is also a digital display on the front and an on/off button, of course.
Whenever we do a workout with cleans in it, I spin the two dials and the machine tells me how many cleans we’ll be doing and at what weight. Pretty cool, right?
Not nearly as cool as the random WOD generator. I guess I’ll be throwing out my “clean generator” along with my “run creator” and “wall ball initiator”. Innovation marches on, I suppose.
