Boo hoo. Sectionals are over. No more workouts from the games site on Saturdays… until next year.
Buck up. There were enough lessons from these six workouts to last the next twelve months. I’ll throw out three that I heard from several folks (including myself):
- Practice SQUAT cleans
- Learn to string chest to bar pull ups together
- Work on the rack position in front squats
