More Games!

Oh, CrossFitter, the places you’ll go.
Fitness, as viewed by the average citizen is something of a hassle – something they are told to do.  They have to “stay in shape” or “burn off calories”.  Sounds boring to me.  No wonder so many people drag themselves into a gym, barely manage to sign up, work out once and then cancel their membership 6 months later when their contract runs out.
What if fitness was interesting?  What if the very act of working out was an experiment to see what an athlete was capable of?  What if at the end of the workout, people discussed the results with each other and talked about strategies for doing better next time?  What if there was a development of skills, an increased understanding of general body mechanic and an appreciation for the amazing amount of effort that people are capable of?
Congratulations.  Today is your day.
