Flying Knee Kick

We’ve all seen the flying knee kick in movies, during choreographed fights but how many of us expected to see one in the MMA ring? I didn’t.

Notice how Amoussou (camouflage trunks) sets up the knockout. He kicks low to the thigh. He kicks high to the head. He gets Hamanaka (green trunks) worried about not only getting kicked but worried about where the target of the next kick is.

Guess we’ll be drilling some flying knee kicks next week.
