What’s THAT thing?

We paid a visit to the fine folks at CrossFit Portland and they wheeled out…  SATAN’S TRICYCLE!  Or at least, that’s what Scott called it. Enjoy the video below.

After that fun, I did the Workout with the rest of their Noon Class.  The delicious brew they served was called a “Tabata Mashup”. You got 20 seconds on each exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest and then on to the next piece.  The goal was to rack up 75 push ups in as few rounds as possible. For the other three pieces, you were supposed to give 90% effort.

KB swings
Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Lateral hops

I managed to finish in 4 rounds.
