It’s no secret we love working with Lewis Kung Fu Club kids. They did a great job, and worked patiently to learn the sequence well before going through the motions with their peers. While such manovers sometimes usher forth giggles and silly faces, we stress the importance of having experienced being in such awkward positions, and the practicality of having some sense of how to get out of them!

Today the kid’s at Lewis were treated to a simple sequence of groundwork basics that involved students partnering up to work through The Mount, Guard, Shrimping, and Scissor Kick. Students that demonstrate excellent focus and dedication to working safely with others throughout the year may be treated to grappling basics such as these, come late in the school-year.
