YMCA 6/28

Tonight’s class centered mainly on a basic drill named “Grab-Counter B.” The drill itself is fairly complex, in that there are several different skilled striking steps involved. The challenge for students just starting out rests in getting out of “robot-mode,”or working to string movements together in a “flowing” manner.

Conditioning drills included some classics with varied push-ups and sit-ups, along with a wallball/box-jump/squat circuit.
