Todays’ Noon Workout centered on basic form with strikes and punches, and accuracy work with focus pads. The conditioning challenge was to squeeze in as many rounds of wall-ball, jumprope, and sit-ups as one can manage in a given amount of time. A simple circuit yes, and increasingly difficult after pushing out multiple rounds at full tilt? also yes!
