Canadian Oatmeal Cookies

Since we’re all about health, part of our mission involves healthy food. When it comes to food, we love cookies.

1 cup Earth Balance (world’s greatest butter substitute)
1/2 cup brown sugar (for sugar-free version-sub 2/3C apple sauce)
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together the three ingredients then add:

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp soda
2 cups oatmeal

Spoon onto baking sheet and press the tops down with a fork. Sprinkle powdered sugar into the forked divots. Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes. These cookies rock because they’re delicious AND don’t make you feel sick like so many treats out there.
