More jumping kicks. More jumping long. More jumping high. Good stuff and so far everyone’s ankle is still intact.
Today we took our practice of kicking immobile heavy bags and tried to kick one another in sparring class. We started with one partner playing the “dummy”, simply moving slowly and the active partner attempted jumping kicks. Then the “dummy” added some slow punches… then the “dummy” added some slow kicks… and then we just sparred – with jump kicks front and center. Fun stuff – with no major injuries.
