Sharing & Peer Pressure

Sharing is good.  Peer pressure is bad.  That’s just for kindergartners, right?  Adults don’t share and peer pressure is good for getting your friends to do ridiculous things.
Well, in the context of box jumps, sharing and peer pressure can come together quite naturally and create a powerful force I like to call the “hey everyone go quicker” (or HEGQ for short).  Usually, someone is about halfway through their reps of jumps when another athlete jogs over and starts sharing the box.  When this happens, nobody wants to make the other person wait, so when one athlete comes down, the other jumps up immediately – and nobody gets a rest.  BAM!  HEGQ has happened.

There’s 11
3 Rounds
11/11 KB snatch (24/16)
21 Pull Ups
31 Box Jumps

Check the whiteboard for possible HEGQ effects.
