10 Versus 50

10 over/unders?  No problem.  50?  Another story entirely.  That is unless you happen to have good range of motion in your hip flexors and then your 50 is another athlete’s 10.
10 Burpees?  No problem.  50?  Another story entirely.  That is unless you happen to have good cardiovascular endurance and then your 50 is another athlete’s 10.

Burpee Lurkee
25 Overhead Squats (95/65)
50 Over/Unders
50 Burpees
25 Overhead Squats (95/65)
