I’m Stuck to This Barbell

Oh CrossFitter, the places you’ll go… you’re barbell is waiting so get on your way.
What I mean to say is, don’t drop the barbell.  I know.  It’s fun.  It makes that cute little bouncy noise.  It makes you look tough.  Yes, yes.  I mean when you do that 11th clean and you know you’ve got to do 9 front squats next, don’t drop the bar.
Not because it’s loud.  Not because it damages the equipment (it doesn’t).  But because if you drop it you’re going to have to do an extra clean that doesn’t even count towards your total and why would you want to do any extra work?
So stay stuck to that bar and wow if you can hold onto the barbell for all seven chest to overheads as well… you might want to get a heavier weight.
