CrossFit Numerology

What if you always do workouts with the same weights – you know – clean 135/95 – deadlift 225/155 – Sumo DLHP 75/55?  Does something bad happen?
Yes.  Something bad happens.  Your body gets used to a particular load and you stop adapting.  Things get easy.  You stop getting sore… and where’s the fun in that?
Thus we’ve had some heavier/different weight in the metcons lately.  Change is good.  Adapt and thrive.
