Technique Through Digital Eyes

Today’s cashout, for your viewing pleasure.  3 reps of shoulder press, 3 reps of push press and 3 reps of push jerk – all with the same weight.  The purpose of posting this is to garner feedback, so offer it up!
I wish I had taken more clips of people “before” and “after”.  See if you can spot the correction that Jay made to his form in the second take.  Two points to the person who can tell what the correction was (who wasn’t there tonight) and ten points for every decent (and respectfully phrased) piece of feedback (positive or negative).
As for the actual workout…

100 Squats, followed by
3 Rounds of
25 KB swings (24/16kg)
35 Double unders
followed by…
100 squats

Check the whiteboard for times.  (And yes, the workout is called open bracket, close bracket.  You figure it out.)
