Relay Ladder

Remember aerobics class?  Yeah.  We do too.  We even miss it sometimes – which is what motivates us to pull out the relay ladder and run patterns through it.
How is the relay ladder like aerobics class?  Monkey see, monkey do – or more precisely, one person does a pattern through the ladder then everyone else repeats it as best they can.  Hopefully when we do it we’re imitating one of the more fun classes where the movements are challenging but not impossible, calling into play athlete’s coordination, agility and speed.
Oh yeah… and then we did a chipper.

50 Split Jumps
50 Back Extensions
50 Tuck Jumps
50 Push Ups
50 Lateral Hops
