Chest to bar pullups?  Boring.
From now on the pullup standard for CrossFit Hillsdale is teeth ON bar.

Kness to Elbows
Sumo DLHP (95/65)
at the end of the rep loop, run 500 meters.

Check the whiteboard for teeth marks.
