When’s the last time you dragged out every box you owned, stacked them together and saw if you could jump on top of them? Well, that’s entirely too long. Go do it now… or you can borrow ours if you want. We’re that nice and we like to share. We like to find that moment where everyone steps up to the box and freezes. They want to jump. They did the last height fine, no problem at all really but now… the box jump fear has seized them and there is no overcoming it.
Unless, of course – you run out of ceiling height – which happened to one athlete. I won’t say who (though he may appear in this photo, jumping on top of an approximately 41 inch box). I suppose the only solution to this is to dig our floor deeper or rent the upstairs space and take out the floors… or both.
What do all these box jumping shenanegans have to do with the workout? Nothing. The box jumps were the fun before the fun. The handstands… those were the fun after the fun. So much fun. Too much? Nah. Just enough.
