Empty Trick Bag

I must be running out of tricks, as some athletes recognized the kettle bell/back extension combo as the back breaker that it is before doing the workout.  Huh.  No doubt it was still a surprise to some.
So then this must mean it’s time to go hunting on other CrossFit sites for new workouts… and by hunting I mean all you athletes who spend your time reading this blog, go find us some new workouts for June and post them to the comments.
