At some point, when everyone is strong enough, the winner is simply determined by who can move the fastest. Obvious, yes? So supposing everyone can do all the reps unbroken then the winner is the one who can move through the range of motion the quickest.
And then, if everyone can do all the reps and they all move at the same speed, there is going to be a big tie. Again, obvious, yes?
All this being reached, it would then make sense to (with this particular group of super powerful beings) start increasing the reps and/or the weights, right? Because who wants to be part of a big tie?
Winning and losing aside, if everyone is finishing at the same time it means that the ability to express work has been sold short. Give those super powerful beings a chance to show off their work capacity.
This message has been brought to you by Bartholomew, who encourages you to put more weight on the bar and by Sisyphus, who encourages you to do more reps.
