4’s & 5′ Classes have begun!

This past Tuesday marked our very first 4’s & 5′ Class at The Academy of Kung Fu. The class, which is geared specifically for younger students who are ready to take their first steps into martial arts training, focused mainly on gross motor skills, cross-lateral challenges, cooperation, and basic stances.

Classes meet every Tuesday from 3:15-4:15PM at The Academy of Kung Fu, at 3228 SE 21st Ave (the corner of SE 21st and Powell). New students welcome!
