Each coach has their own rate and usually offers a discount for packages of 5 or 10 lessons. When a coach responds to your email, they will include their rate.
Who are some of the coaches that offer private lessons?
Joe Beck offers coaching in strength, conditioning, and olympic weightlifting. From his website: “Exercise and a healthy diet are not only important for overall physical health but critical for mental health as well. Human beings were meant to move. Too often in our modern lives we find ourselves sitting and being inactive. It’s well known that this leads to physical dysfunction in the form of muscle imbalances, mobility restrictions and weakness. What is less obvious is how it impacts mental health. Both regular exercise and nutrition have been shown to have positive impacts on symptoms of anxiety and depression.” Joe is amazingly patient and looks forward to helping you perfecting your technique.
Joe’s credentials: CSCS CADCI, USAW National level coach.
Rochelle Hagnas offers private lessons in strength, conditioning, and CrossFit. Through movement and incredible patience, she will build you up so that you can become the best you that you can be. She is a level 2 CrossFit coach.
Matt Zorn offers private lessons in BJJ. He is a black belt and will meet you wherever you are at to help you grow your grappling skill set.
What about all the other arts you offer: are there coaches who offer private lessons for those?
Yes! Just tell us what you want to train in, and we’ll look for a coach to meet your needs.
Do you offer private lessons for kids?
Of course! Include the same information that you would for an adult: what kind of training are they interested in? What are their goals?
