Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling art. This means students learn how to roll, fall, throw, pin, and submit. If the idea of learning how to use leverage and position to control and subdue a larger, stronger opponent is appealing to you, BJJ may just be the thing.
This class is open to all students who identify as female. Why? Because sometimes being in a room of big, sweaty men doesn’t make learning something new easy.
