Everything we do in martial arts should come from a place of good structure. This means, in theory, we should spend time practicing how to stand, walk, and breathe with good structure… but most of us are far too excited to punch things or throw each other around to do that kind of fundamental work.

Until now. Learn fundamental structure and breathing and watch the rest of your martial arts skill sets blossom in response. Any serenity or joy you may achieve taking this class is an added bonus.
