Fitness Kickboxing

Want to get a workout and learn to punch at the same time? Perfect! This class is for you.

A typical class includes a warmup, basic technique, hitting the pads, and a healthy sprinkling of calisthenics throughout. This class is for all levels – total novice through experienced martial artist. Absolutely every movement is scaleable and the coach will help every student find their level of challenge.

If you have your own gloves, you’re welcome to bring them. If you don’t have gloves, we have lots of (freshly cleaned) gloves that you can borrow.

There is no sparring in this class. If you’re looking for that, go to the striking, Mo Duk Pai, or sparring classes.
