CrossFit Conditioning

conditioning

CrossFit conditioning classes are 30 minute blocks where we focus our energies on getting more fit. This typically means a 5 minute warmup, 5 minutes to review the moves of the day, 15 minutes to do work, and then 5 minutes to cool down.

We’re splitting our classes up into strength and conditioning because given the Covid situation, we feel it is unsafe to run hour long classes.
