For over 30 years now, Mo Duk Pai has hosted an annual system-wide training camp for adult students. This year’s theme was “Tradition.” While the workouts were tough, we managed to play pretty hard too. As an added bonus, the weather on Mount Hood was incredible! Mother nature hosted snow, snow everywhere, clear skies with hot sun, and cool mountain breezes.
