Carry On

Contact happens.  Sometimes it’s intentional, sometimes it’s not.  Sometimes the results are negligible, sometimes they’re not.  Sometimes there are interesting lessons to be gleaned from the experience, sometimes there aren’t.
Barring injury, class continues on, drills get cycled through and new partners get saluted in with.  Hopefully in the whirl of all that, no hard feelings are developed amongst training partners.  As stated before, contact happens – sometimes because it’s explicitly part of the drill and sometimes because accidents happen.  Everyone saluted onto the floor with the intention to gain some insight into martial arts and to help others do the same.
If something happened, breathe and let it go.  If something happened that’s bigger than an exhale, talk to your training partners about it after class.  If something happened that’s bigger than a casual post-game chat, talk to your teacher.  Get it sorted out before it cramps your training.
Breathe.  Let it go.  That was our investigation of breath tonight.  There were no major owies or hurt feelings tonight – it was merely an introduction to the idea so that when such things occur, they are easy problems to be solved.
Check the whiteboard for feedback.
