5th anniversary workout

5 years. Why it seems like only yesterday that the school was nothing more than a fanciful idea in our minds. Now look at it. All grown up, hosting charity events and having parties. My, how you’ve grown over these last five years, little school.

The ride so far has been amazing, amusing and enlightening. Let’s see where the next five years takes us.

Bugs Bunny
Part 1: warmup game (10 minutes)
Play one card bluff poker with a partner. Maximum bet is 10 burpees. Switch partners after every game.
Part 2: partner workout
With 2 partners, complete the following work in any order you want:
150 handstand push ups
150 wall ball (20/14)
150 toes to bar
150 split jumps

Check the whiteboard for numbers.
