Coach Mabel here (yes I’m speaking into this water bottle to amply my voice – I couldn’t even find a bull horn in this place… what kind of a gym is this anyway… a bullhornless one, apparently – disgraceful) reminding all you CrossFitters that there is no evening class next Tuesday.  Why?  Because of Bumpers for Cleveland 2!
Also, you should go check out the totally sweet and revamped leader board (especially if you did today’s WOD because it’s a benchmark and you should enter your score) and next time you see Avi in the gym tell him how awesome he is for making it.
And finally – BEND MORE!  Have you seen my squat?  Have you seen me eat my toes?  Do you even know what flexibility MEANS?
